My order showed up in good condition, so that part was fine. But the shipping was slower than I expected, and I kept wasting energy checking the tracking over and over, wondering when it would finally get here.

The site was easy to get around, and the filters made it simple to narrow down flooring options without clicking through a million pages. Checkout was clear too, which I appreciated. That said, a few pages loaded slowly for me, and I wish some of the product photos were larger. I also kind of felt ignored when I tried to find more details and couldn’t really get the extra info I needed. Overall though, it was simple enough to use, and I’d probably shop here again.

My box showed up damaged, so I figured the return process was going to be a headache like it has been with other companies I’ve dealt with. But bestlaminate handled the claim quickly and the return label was simple to use. Compared to past returns I’ve had to chase down, this was painless

At first the floor looked decent, so I thought it was going to be fine. But then I noticed some of the planks had chipped edges, and a few started warping a bit after we installed them. For what this cost, what a joke. Disappointed overall

For the price, I think it’s a fair deal. The quality is good, and I feel like you get what you pay for without being overcharged. Worth it in my opinion

I had a little trouble figuring out which underlayment I was supposed to get, and I wasn’t totally sure if I was overthinking it or not. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly, which was a relief. They helped me pick the right one and made me feel a lot more confident about the order. I’m giving 4 stars only because the shipping update was a little slow, but overall the help I got was solid.

Not a great first impression. I needed help getting it installed, and support didn’t really do much besides leave me stuck trying to figure it out on my own...

I checked out bestlaminate.com hoping I’d find a good range of flooring options, but the selection felt limited for what I was looking for.
A lot of the styles started to look the same after a while, and the lighter wood colors I wanted either weren’t there or only had a few choices. For a flooring site, that felt kind of ridiculous to me.

Maybe it’s fine if you already know exactly what you want, but I got frustrated quickly and ended up shopping somewhere else. It just didn’t feel worth spending more time on

I ordered samples first so I could actually pick the right color and texture, which I thought was kind of the whole point. The flooring that showed up was noticeably lighter and didn’t feel the same at all. Customer service basically told me samples can vary, which, sure, I understand tiny differences happen. But this wasn’t a slight variation, it was a completely different look. Super frustrating and a great little waste of time
